About WhiskerWatchers
Adam and Stephanie started pet sitting as WhiskerWatchers in 2004. We both have experience working and non-profits and assisting with animal rescue. We even helped care for rescue animals after Hurricane Katrina. We have both worked for an volunteered with humane societies and animal projection organizations.
In addition to pet sitting, Adam can also provide pet photography sessions!
We have a cat of our own named Cinnamon, and a guinea pig named Cookie. Someday we'll have a dog friend to join our family, but for now we're busy pet sitting other pooches.
Lindsay joined the WhiskerWatchers team in 2009. She grew up with all sorts of animals - dogs, cats, rabbits, small mammals, reptiles, and horses.
She has watched people's companions for years and have been doing cat-sitting in the Silver Spring/Takoma area for over 10 years. She has experience working in a small animal clinic and was a large animal ICU vet tech at Virginia Tech. She currently works with wildlife, so animals are a huge part of her life.
